Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your contract with Bridal Gems (Wholesale). The customer agrees not to hold Bridal Gems (Wholesale) responsible for any delay caused in whole, or in part, by circumstances beyond Bridal Gems (Wholesale)’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, delays by carriers or delays in shipment or receipt of materials from suppliers. Bridal Gems (Wholesale) will not be liable under any circumstance for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your order. As a wholesaler we can only supply genuine business customers on a "Business to Business" basis.
Backorders
Our site is updated daily with stock availability, however occasionally an item will be sold out before your order is packed. If this happens we will usually refund the value of the out of stock item and ship the rest of the order. Occasionally if an item is expected to be back in stock within a few days we will place it on back order and ship it as soon as it arrives with us..
Cancellations / Returns
All orders are final and legally binding, once placed orders are packed immediately and can not be cancelled. Goods returned for any reason will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will returned goods be accepted after 14 days from the date of posting. Postage and Packaging costs and small order fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original invoice, packing materials, and accessories.
Errors
Bridal Gems (Wholesale) is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product information. You will be notified within 1 business day via-e-mail if this should happen. Occasionally products are discontinued by manufactures with little or no notice. If this should happen with an item that you have ordered we will contact you within 1 business day to let you know if there are other options. If there are no other options we will cancel that item.
International Orders/Shipping
We currently only ship within the UK and Ireland, Republic of Ireland custumers have the option to pay for their order by credit or debit card through paypal. UK customers may pay by credit/debit card or cheque.

Orders/Shipping
We will email you an acknowledgement when we receive your order. Orders are processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Most items ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days from posting date. If an item is back ordered the item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You may call or email us at any time to see the status of existing orders or to cancel back orders before processing. Items are shipping from our UK warehouse.
Minimum Orders
We sell most items in single quantities, and have a low minimum total order value of just £150 £75 exc VAT. Orders under this value will be subject to a small order fee off £25. Alternatively small orders can be placed through our retail site below.
Payment
We Accept all major credit cards, paypal, cheques and postal orders for UK orders, international order should pay with paypal only.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Bridal Gems (Wholesale) . All price quotations, unless otherwise stated, expire 30 days from quotation date. Quoted prices do not include postage and packaging fees or VAT.
VAT
All prices exclude VAT at the current percentage rate.
VAT will be added to the order total during checkout.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All financial and personal data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Bridal Gems (Wholesale) does not sell or rent customer information to third parties. We use your personal information in order to service, or fulfill your orders. You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. Shortages/Damages
Shortages, damaged or defective goods must be reported to Bridal Gems (Wholesale) within 1 business day of receipt of order. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit must be filed with us and all packaging retained for our carriers to inspect. Our carriers will investigate all such claims and will attempt to resolve claims within 28 days.
Warranties
All goods carry a full guarantee, and are warranted for a period of one year.
